Imagine sitting for a 4-course dinner and being greeted by the Chef and having your special menu described by her. Then seeing your special dinner prepared in front of you by the team and having the entire experience detailed by the person who dreamed of the menu and made it a reality. Course by course Chef Tara Lee will provide insight to the inspiration of each dish and the stories behind them. All of this presented in an intimate setting at Eastbound’s kitchen bar. It’s a full sensory experience where you see, hear and feel the experience come together.

Join us in the taproom to learn how to make yummy pickles to make seasonal vegetables last into the spring. Chef Tara Lee (aka @picklegirl) is hosting another crash course on pickling and canning. From quick pickles to adding some shelf-life to your seasonal faves, she will walk you through the basics.
