For brunch we will be featuring:
Corned beef hash: 2 eggs any style, caramelized onions, roasted peppers, crispy potato, Eastbound beer mustard and house-made bread & butter pickles
Beer-cured rainbow trout, potato rosti, shaved cucumber & lemon cream
Starting at 2:30pm we will be featuring:
Corned beef sandwich: Shaved corned beef, Fred’s Bread caraway rye, sauerkraut & beer mustard, choice of side
Stout Burger: 6oz smash burger, mozzarella, crispy onion ring & stout glaze, choice of side
Feature side: “Colcannon” potato salad, mini red & fingerling potato, dill pickled cabbage, scallions & bacon bits
