Liquid, chocolate-chip banana bread with alcohol. The shadow side of our Hidden Lake, this dark German wheat beer opts to embrace a hint of sweetness to combine with the roasted malts. Using the same yeast strain as our Hefeweizen, expectant notes of banana and clove are in abundance. Mix in sweet caramel, cocoa, and lightly toasted grain, Full Dunkel Jacket is surprisingly crisp courtesy of wheat malt and lively carbonation.
