Like a cool breeze on a Hawaiian beach, the taste of Hibiscus flowers & Lemongrass brings a tart, dry & refreshing diversion to thinking about all that sand in your bathing suit. Reminiscent of a dry rosé for all your summer needs, but in a beer... that's a lot better!
We added lemongrass and hibiscus flowers post-fermentation in order to capture as much aroma and flavour as possible. Tons of tropical fruit flavours and spice are a wonderful result.
